Now I cant lie, I didn't see The Warriors in the movie theater, but I did catch it when they showed it on tv back in the days so I guess Im still ahead of most of the people that caught it 10 or so years later when it was released on dvd. Once again ABC comes thru with the Friday night movie as always! If this was the current time television ratings on Friday nights would suck because everyone would be out drinking and partying, boy times have changed. Also another little known fact that most people dont know is that there are 2 different intros to the warriors, there the TV version which starts out totally different than the movie version.
This is one of my all time favorite movies and another one my mom wouldn't allow me to see. I still frequently quote lines from this here classic. If you don't like this movie, "You must be goin' faggot!"
ReplyDeleteThis intro is awesome. I remember it from when ABC debuted ALLIGATOR. I think that was on the Sunday Night Movie, too.
